When you use our services, we collect: identity data (name, date of birth), contact data (email, phone, address), flight data (flight number, date, route, disruption details), financial data (bank details for payouts only), and technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited).
We use your data to: process and manage your compensation claim, communicate with airlines and enforcement bodies on your behalf, send you claim status updates, comply with legal obligations, improve our services, and detect and prevent fraud.
We share data only where necessary: with airlines to pursue your claim, national enforcement bodies (CAA, DGAC etc.), EU-based legal partners, and payment processors. We never sell your data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Claim data: 7 years from closure. Account data: 3 years after last activity. Technical/analytics data: 26 months. After these periods, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
